ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
Yes. For those that prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
HOW DO I KNOW THE SIZE I NEED FOR MY PRESS-ONS?

You can refer to our Size Guide or you can take the guess work out of measuring your natural nails and purchase our Sizing Sample Pack to ensure the perfect fit.

HOW MANY NAILS COME IN EACH SET?
​
All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select. If a listing has a Full Set option that set comes with 20 nails.

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS STAY ON?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, your daily hand activities, and your choice of adhesive. With nail glue, the nails can stay on for about 2 to 6+ weeks.

CAN WE REPLACE A LOST NAIL?
​

WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DON'T FIT?
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available, a size guide, or you may book an in-person sizing appointment to help you with the perfect fit.

ARE THE NAILS STRONG?
​
Yes, our nails are made very durable and strong but If you'd like even more strength, we can always add a thin layer of acrylic for an additional charge. Visit our nail extras to add this option to your nail box.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
​
We do! If you have a concept in mind or would like us to recreate something you saw on Instagram, Pinterest...anywhere just fill out our contact form so we can chat ideas.
*We do not recreate work from other press on nail sellers. If you love it, buy it from the original artist.
**Also, please note that not every idea or design fits our design style. So we may decline if it's not something we can see doing. For recreations, we may ask if it's ok to put a twist on the design to make it more our own.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A DESIGN?
​
Yes, all sets are made to order and may be customized to your liking. If you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or small design changes simply make a note in the special requests. For bigger changes that include adding on more or changing crystals please contact us first to approve changes or invoice your for a custom order. Any changes to your order must be done BEFORE checking out. Add any changes in the Notes section before purchasing your nails.

WHAT COMES WITH MY PRESS ON/NAIL ENHANCEMENT ORDER?

All nail orders includes: cuticle pusher, buffer, professional nail glue, alcohol prep pad and application instruction card.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

*Please understand that this turnaround is for creation time/ when we ship your order. After your order has been processed and created, you should receive your nail mail via First Class: 3-5 Business Days. Please understand that the shipping time frame may change during holidays.

PRESS-ONS / NAIL ENHANCEMENTS

Press On Nails: Due to high volume of orders our current turn around is about 1+ weeks. THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.
This is due to the amount of nail sets purchased in each order. Bigger orders take longer to complete which in turn causes some delays. Also keep in mind, that all sets are made to order and worked on in the order in which they were received.
All of our nails are handcrafted. If you need nails right away please take a look at our Ready to Ship items (they ship within 3-5 business days)

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO THE COMPANY, CAN WE RESEND IT?
Of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the Re-Shipping Fee so we can send it back to you

Business days: Normally its 3-5 Business Days. We will update our customers when we are back down to normal turnaround. We do experience some delays from time to time due to so many orders coming in.

DO WE ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
But due to the nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of turn around time frame and make sure to size your nails correctly, as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
Also, double check shipping information before checking out. We are not held responsible for packages lost in transit, delivered packages that are missing or with incorrect address. If there’s an apartment number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue. If you move during your wait to receive your order, please update us with the new address. We are not held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. **
